La unidad (TV serie) INKLED, driven KLINIK PM in collaboration with the Spanish Multidisciplinary Pain Society (SEMDOR), was founded in Alicante as a center of reference in clinical research, therapeutic innovation and medical training.
Its purpose is to generate knowledge, develop treatments based on scientific evidence, and contribute to the continuous advancement in the management of pain and other medical specialties.

RESEARCH GROUP ON INTERVENTIONISM AND AVANT-GARDE
Lines of investigation:
- Image fusion systems for diagnostic and interventional optimization.
- Radiofrequency and other minimally invasive techniques in the management of musculoskeletal pain.
- Validation of health products and emerging medical devices (example: HIFU).
RESEARCH GROUP ON ADVANCED TECHNIQUES FOR THE RESTORATION OF BODY TISSUES AND SPORTS MEDICINE
Lines of investigation:
- Study of advanced strategies for restoring body tissues to address tendinopathies and muscle injuries.
- Analysis of personalized biological solutions applied to musculoskeletal recovery.
- Research into new therapeutic approaches, based on the restoration of leather tissues, for joint and muscle injuries and degenerative processes.
NEUROPATHIC PAIN AND NEUROSCIENCE RESEARCH GROUP
Lines of investigation:
- Advanced neuroanalgesia: brain stimulation and neuromodulation techniques (TRD, Allyane), with applications in chronic pain and sports performance.
- Study of microvascularization and neurocognitive function in patients with neuropathic pain.
- Radiofrequency in the treatment of neuropathic pain.
- Therapies with biological components: ORTOKINE and other autologous serums in neuropathic pain.
- Drug evaluation in chronic and neuropathic pain.
RESEARCH GROUP IN INTEGRATIVE AND PREDICTIVE MEDICINE AND WOMEN'S HEALTH
Lines of investigation:
- Comprehensive women's health, with special attention to the pelvic floor.
- Functional rehabilitation and its impact on the recovery from chronic and acute pathologies, including the combination with other therapies.
- Nutrition and predictive medicine as modulators in recovery, treatment and enhancement of the effects of other therapies.

Multidisciplinary team and research capabilities
The INKLIED Unit has a multidisciplinary team that combines clinical experience and specialized training, allowing us to offer excellent care to patients and develop research projects and clinical trials with rigor and efficiency.
The team consists of 5 principal investigators and 15 collaborators, including 9 doctors, 5 physiotherapists and 1 podiatrist, as well as 2 nurses specializing in clinical trials and 2 data management professionals, ensuring coordinated and high-quality work in each project.
We also have specialists in CRD creation, statistics, external monitoring and comprehensive clinical trial management, which allows us to cover all phases of a study: from the processing of regulatory approvals to the statistical analysis of results and the presentation of the final report.

INKLIED's teaching activity is geared towards the training and continuous updating of healthcare professionals, fostering a lifelong learning environment where research and clinical practice are integrated in service of medical excellence.
